1. Cold-drawn round steel
- Exceptional Precision: Cold-drawn through precision dies, outer diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.03mm, straightness deviation ≤0.5mm/m, surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm. Ready for direct use in roller shaft finishing without subsequent rough machining, significantly shortening customer production cycles.
- Superior Performance: After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the steel achieves tensile strength of 450-650MPa and yield strength ≥350MPa. It features high strength, high toughness, and excellent wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments like mines and ports.
- Consistent Quality: Utilizing fully automated cold-drawn production lines integrated with precision testing equipment like spectrometers and tensile testers, each batch undergoes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and dimensional accuracy verification to ensure consistent quality.
This series of cold-drawn round steel is widely used in roller shaft manufacturing, machining, automotive components, construction machinery, and other fields. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, it fully meets the demands of large-scale batch production.
2. Finished Roller Shaft
Precision Machining: Utilizing proprietary equipment developed in-house, we perform multiple machining processes including turning, drilling, and milling. Both shaft end precision and keyway dimensional tolerances are maintained within ±0.02mm, ensuring perfect compatibility with bearings and rollers.
Enhanced Treatment: Surfaces undergo phosphating, galvanizing, or blackening rustproofing processes, achieving over 72 hours in salt spray testing. This provides superior corrosion resistance and rust prevention, extending service life by more than 30%.
- Customized Services: Parameters such as shaft length, shaft end structure, and thread specifications can be adjusted according to customer requirements to accommodate conveyor equipment of various brands and models, flexibly meeting personalized production needs.
Finished roller shafts, renowned for their stable performance and reliable quality, have become the preferred choice for conveying equipment in mining, port operations, building materials, grain handling, and logistics industries. II. Specialized Processing Equipment Series for Roller Shafts
To address industry pain points such as low processing efficiency, high labor costs, and unstable precision in traditional roller shaft manufacturing, our technical team has undergone years of iterative R&D to launch three core specialized processing machines. These enable fully automated, high-precision production for roller shafts:
- Core Configuration: Equipped with high-end Siemens/FANUC CNC systems, featuring dual-head synchronous machining spindles, supporting fully automated unmanned operation throughout the entire process—including automatic feeding, clamping, machining, and unloading.
Technical Advantages: Machining accuracy up to ±0.01mm, maximum spindle speed of 3000rpm, dual-head synchronous machining mode achieves over 3 times the efficiency of traditional single-head lathes, with each machine producing 800-1200 idler shafts daily.
Compatibility Range: Processes roller shafts with diameters ranging from 16mm to 100mm and lengths from 200mm to 2000mm. Supports composite processes including shaft end turning, threading, and end chamfering without manual intervention, significantly reducing labor costs and operational errors.
- Innovative Design: Features a dual-head, dual-station layout equipped with high-precision ball screws and linear guides, integrated with automatic positioning, automatic drilling, and automatic chip removal systems for fully automated machining throughout the entire process.
Performance Highlights: Drilling accuracy ≤ ±0.02mm, hole spacing error ≤ 0.03mm. Capable of simultaneously machining mounting holes, oil holes, and other features on both ends of roller shafts. Drilling efficiency is 4 times higher than traditional drilling machines, with drilling perpendicularity and surface finish far exceeding industry standards.
Smart Control: Equipped with a touchscreen interface supporting parameter storage and program recall, enabling rapid switching between processing parameters for different product specifications. Ideal for high-volume, multi-product manufacturing scenarios, allowing a single operator to simultaneously manage 3-5 machines.
- Core Configuration: Features a dual-head symmetrical milling layout equipped with Mitsubishi’s high-end CNC system and servo drive units. Incorporates carbide face milling cutters with automatic compensation devices, optimized for planar machining cutting parameters.
- Ultimate Precision: Milling flat surface parallelism error ≤ ±0.015mm, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6μm, flat position symmetry ≤ 0.02mm, meeting precision machining standards.
Efficiency Doubled: Dual-head synchronous cutting paired with a 4500rpm high-frequency spindle reduces single-roller shaft milling to just 20-40 seconds per piece. This achieves over 6 times the efficiency of traditional milling machines, with each unit producing 1500-2000 parts daily.
Smart Adaptation: Supports various processing forms including single-flattened, double-flattened, and square-flattened profiles. Features a built-in library of over 100 process parameters for rapid switching between different product specifications. Compatible with roller shafts ranging from Φ16mm to Φ100mm in diameter and 200mm to 2200mm in length.
